Respite services are designed to provide the family caregiver a much-needed break from caring for a loved one so you can relieve stress, restore energy, and provide the life balance you need to continue providing care.
We can provide your loved one with:

What is the price?
Our rates are based on a sliding scale determined by the household income of the individual receiving respite services. The cost may be covered by the Medicaid Waiver (CHOICE) Program.
Who is eligible?
Family caregivers who are caring for someone who is:

Age 60+

Any age with an Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders (ADRD) diagnosis

Any age with a physical disability

Eligible for the Medicaid Waiver (CHOICE) Program
